ABOUT US | Integrity Services Ltd was founded in May 1984 and has since earned a reputation for being a fair, competitive and reliable supplier to the office equipment market throughout the UK.
We stock approximately 2,500 different lines, from most of the leading manufacturers and offer next day delivery free of charge on all orders over £100 nett.

MAKING A PURCHASE | Before you make a purchase you must register for a trade account with Integrity Services. Once you have an account making a purchase could not be easier. Just login in with your User Name and Password, browse through our site, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept a range of payments, depending on the type account you have including credit terms, Visa and Mastercard payments. |

TAX CHARGES | VAT at current rate must be added to all listed prices. |

PRICES | Prices are subject to change without notice and prices charged will be those ruling at the time of despatch. However, where orders are placed before a price rise and despatched after the increase applies we will endeavour to honour the earlier price. |

TERMS | Payment of credit accounts should be in the month following the date of the invoice e.g. An invoice dated April is due for payment in May. |

GUARANTEE | Please refer to Manufacturers warrantys (see link). Goods returned to Integrity Services Ltd under guarantee will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Please Note (LCD displays are not covered under warranty).

RETURNS | Goods cannot be accepted for credit without prior arrangement. Returns for credit will only be accepted with a return number given by phoning 0121 327 2872.
A handling charge of 10% (minimum £5-00) will be applied. |

DELIVERY CHARGES | Postage and Packing is charged £5.50 for order values up to £100.00 ex VAT. Postage and Packing is F.O.C. for order values over £100.00 ex VAT. Postage and Packing is charged at £5.50 for ANY order sent to a third party address. All charges apply to UK mainland only, (excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, call for carriage charges.) |

BACK ORDERS | If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

SALE OR RETURN | We do not operate a sale or return policy. |

RETENTION CLAUSE | Goods despatched or collected will remain Integrity Services Ltd property until payment is made. We are entitled to the proceeds of sale of goods for which full payment has not been made. |

SHORTAGES/DAMAGED GOODS | Although we shall endeavour to ensure that all goods are carefully packed and dispatched, you must inspect the goods promptly on delivery and must notifiy us in writing within 48 hours for any shortage or damaged goods, we can not accept any responsabilty for non delivery of goods unless notified in writing within 7 days of date of invoice issued by us for the goods in question |
